# Members[¶](#members "Permanent link")

Members are the people in your Capawesome Cloud organization. You can invite users, assign them a [role](/docs/cloud/organizations/roles-and-permissions/), and manage their access.

## Roles[¶](#roles "Permanent link")

When you invite a member, you assign a **role** that controls what they can do in the organization. See [Roles & permissions](/docs/cloud/organizations/roles-and-permissions/) for the full list of roles and the permissions matrix.

## Inviting users[¶](#inviting-users "Permanent link")

To invite a user to your organization:

1. Go to the **Invitations** page in the [Console](https://console.cloud.capawesome.io/organizations/%5F/invitations).
2. Click **Create Invitation**.
3. Enter the user's email address.
4. Select the [role](/docs/cloud/organizations/roles-and-permissions/) to assign.
5. Click **Create** to send the invitation.

Once the user accepts, they become a member with the assigned role.

## Managing members[¶](#managing-members "Permanent link")

To manage members:

1. Go to the **Members** page in the [Console](https://console.cloud.capawesome.io/organizations/%5F/members).
2. Review the list of members, their roles, and their status.
3. Change a member's role with the **Edit** action.
4. Remove a member with the **Delete** action.
