## What to include in your support request[¶](#what-to-include-in-your-support-request "Permanent link")

To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please include the following information in your support request:

### User ID[¶](#user-id "Permanent link")

Your User ID can be found in the [Account Settings](https://console.cloud.capawesome.io/settings/account) page of the Capawesome Cloud Console. Look for the **Support** section.

### Organization ID[¶](#organization-id "Permanent link")

Your Organization ID can be found in the [Organization Settings](https://console.cloud.capawesome.io/organizations/%5F/settings) page of the Capawesome Cloud Console. Look for the **Support** section.

### App ID[¶](#app-id "Permanent link")

The App ID can be found in the [App Settings](https://console.cloud.capawesome.io/apps/%5F/settings) page of the Capawesome Cloud Console. Look for the **Support** section.

Depending on the nature of your issue, you may also want to include:

* A detailed description of the issue, including any error messages.
