Every subscription plan comes with a 14-day free trial — full access, cancel anytime before the trial ends and you will not be charged. Perpetual licenses do not include a trial. Do you offer annual discounts? Yes. Annual billing comes with two months free on every subscription plan. How many live updates can I ship each month? As many as you want. Every plan includes unlimited Live Updates — there is no cap on how often you can ship. The actual limits are the monthly active users (MAUs) and data transfer included in your plan. What happens if I exceed my plan limits? You will get an email when you approach a limit, such as Live Updates or Build Minutes. Upgrade in one click — the change takes effect immediately and you only pay the prorated difference. Otherwise, plan limits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Can I change my plan at any time? Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remaining billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. How are the Insider SDKs distributed? Insider SDKs are distributed through our private npm registry. Access is gated by a license key — Develop subscribers generate one in the [Capawesome Console](https://console.capawesome.io/); Maintain customers receive theirs by email right after checkout. What happens to my Maintain license after the first year? Your Maintain license includes 12 months of updates from the date of purchase. After that, the SDK versions you already have keep working — you just stop receiving new releases. Subscribe to Develop anytime if you need updates again. Can I use the Insider SDKs in commercial apps? Yes. Commercial use is included on every plan. Ship paid apps, client projects, and production software without restriction. Can I swap my Insider SDKs on Platform plans? Yes. Platform plans include a set number of Insider SDKs of your choice. Each SDK you pick is locked in for 28 days — after that, swap it for a different SDK or keep it. The SDKs plan includes all 22+ Insider SDKs, so swapping does not apply. Are there any setup fees or hidden costs? No. The price you see is the price you pay — no setup fees, no activation fees, no overage surprises. Enterprise plans publish a clear quote upfront with no hidden line items. What payment methods do you accept? All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal, processed securely through Lemon Squeezy and Polar. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice and bank transfer. Can I cancel my plan at any time? Yes. Cancel from your billing settings — your plan stays active through the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again.
